About the role

Join Hays as a flexible supply teacher and choose when and where you work across South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. You can take day‑to‑day assignments or longer placements, fitting teaching around your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

Provide classroom teaching on a supply basis for primary or secondary schools.
Cover short‑term or long‑term teacher absences as required.
Work with schools in Bath, Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Required profile

At least 2 months of teaching experience within the past 4 years (placements count).
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Qualified with PGCE, QTS or QTLS.
Already registered with another agency is acceptable.
