Flight Management Executive

About the role

Luxaviation UK is seeking a Flight Management Executive to deliver a proactive, coordinated, and bespoke client experience. Based in Stapleford Tawney, the role oversees flight operations, charter activity and client requirements while ensuring compliance with the company AOC and maximising commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client and crew scheduling together with the Dispatch Team.
• Arrange and manage all non‑dispatch services for clients, including crew logistics.
• Quote charter flights, follow up leads and convert bookings.
• Apply for owner release for charter flights where required.
• Monitor and optimise day‑to‑day operational costs.
• Provide oversight of the Dispatch Team and intervene when needed.
• Identify potential operational disruptions and mitigate schedule impacts.
• Communicate promptly and accurately with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Operations Manuals and AOC requirements.
• Conduct flight watching, complete operational checklists and monitor weather conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of ground operations and dispatch procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑pressure operational environment.
• Professional approach with confidence to manage demanding VIP clients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team‑focused attitude and flexible working hours.
• Desirable: charter sales experience, VIP/high‑end customer service, leadership skills, additional language abilities.
