Floating Branch Manager – Estate Agency (Bexley)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced estate‑agency leader to act as a Floating Branch Manager for the Bexley area. You will oversee multiple branches, covering holidays, vacancies and sickness, while driving sales performance and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across several Bexley branches, ensuring smooth coverage during staff absences.
• Lead morning meetings and coaching sessions to motivate teams and improve performance.
• Generate new business, identify leads and convert valuations into listings and sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and ensure properties are presented effectively.

Required profile

• Currently employed as at least a Sales Manager within an estate‑agency.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Strong work ethic, ambition and resilience under pressure.
• Passion for helping people find their perfect home.

• Basic salary £30,000 plus commission, realistic earnings £45,000‑£55,000.
