Floating Branch Manager

About the role

Rayner Personnel is seeking a Floating Branch Manager to support its award‑winning independent estate agency across the Bexley area. You will lead multiple branches, covering holidays, vacancies and sickness, while maintaining high standards of customer service and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach branch teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into new client instructions.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the residential sales journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and act as the local property expert.
• Support multiple offices across the Bexley area as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Valuer in the property sector.
• Track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for developing teams.
• Positive, energetic and resilient attitude in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £30,000 basic salary plus guaranteed earnings.
• Realistic OTE of £45,000‑£55,000.
