Floor Manager (Full Time)

About the role

The Floor Manager will lead the store team in delivering the Reiss brand experience to every customer. You will ensure brand standards, store cleanliness, and a safe environment while supporting the team through change and pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and inspire the team on brand identity, product knowledge and styling techniques.
• Maintain silent‑service standards, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Communicate company news, policies and health‑and‑safety procedures to the team.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs, budgets and commercial reports, and coaching staff to meet personal targets.
• Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and back‑of‑house standards.
• Resolve operational issues such as till discrepancies and stock loss.
• Foster a high‑performing, inclusive team culture through feedback, training and performance conversations.
