About the role
As a Floor Manager at JD Sports you will be the driving force behind a high‑performing shop floor. You will ensure every customer receives the JD experience while supporting daily operations and leading a motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day store operations and maintain visual standards.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering excellent customer service.
- Motivate, coach and develop a confident, high‑energy team.
- Drive sales performance and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
- Collaborate closely with the wider management team to meet store targets.
