About the role

As a Floor Manager for COS in London, you will lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining visual standards and ensuring operational excellence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data with the Store Manager to optimise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to individual development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing memorable experiences for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.
