Floor Manager – Sports Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager to lead the sales floor of a leading sports retail brand in Liverpool. You will be the front‑line leader ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales floor team to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high visual and merchandising standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations, including stock availability, visual presentation and health & safety compliance.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
• Ensure the store reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and an inspiring customer journey.

Required profile

• Confident, energetic and passionate about sports, fitness and retail.
• Previous experience leading a sales floor or retail team.
• Strong interest in sports, outdoor activities or fitness.
• Ability to create a memorable, engaging experience for every customer.
