Floor Supervisor (40 hrs)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our Bicester store team. In this full‑time position you will act as the vital link between our products and customers while supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run performance reports, update management and drive improvements.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
