Flooring Sales Specialist

About the role

Jackson Hogg is expanding its interiors and flooring showroom in Gosforth and is looking for an experienced Flooring Sales Specialist. You will work in a brand‑new, design‑led environment, helping clients choose flooring, accessories and related products. The role combines showroom advice, on‑site visits and support for the wider sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise clients in the showroom.
• Visit clients on‑site when required.
• Manage website and social media enquiries.
• Handle enquiries from across the wider group.
• Support clients with product selection and pricing.
• Prepare estimates, liaise with fitting teams and process deposits and final payments.
• Proactively seek new clients and business opportunities.
• Support marketing activity, including social media and POS content.
• Identify new suppliers and product ranges.
