About the role
Acorn by Synergie is seeking an FLT Driver for night shifts at a manufacturing site in Ilminster. The role runs Monday‑Thursday from 6:30 pm to 4 am and offers a temporary‑to‑permanent pathway.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Supply one‑tonne boxes to feed production lines.
- Use the computerized stock system to manage inventory.
- Maintain smooth and safe material flow in a busy production environment.
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain high accuracy.
Required profile
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- Experience in a busy production or manufacturing setting.
- Physically capable of meeting the role’s demands.
- Motivated, responsible and reliable.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Counterbalance forklift operation.
- Computerised stock system usage.
What we offer
- £15.87 per hour, paid weekly.
