FLT Operator – Manufacturing (Rochester, Kent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FLT Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing business in Rochester, Kent. You will play a key part in moving raw materials and finished products efficiently within a fast‑paced production and warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Support production operations by ensuring timely material availability.
• Maintain warehouse organisation and stock rotation.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (non‑negotiable).
• Experience in the UK food manufacturing sector (desirable).
• Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO stock rotation practices.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and BRC standards.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
