FNOL / Concierge Claims Technician – Hybrid (Glasgow)

About the role
This position supports the Property Claims team by acting as the first point of contact for policy‑holders filing a claim. You will deliver high‑quality customer service while assisting loss adjusters in managing, negotiating and settling property claims.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log first‑notice‑of‑loss (FNOL) calls from policy‑holders.
- Provide outstanding, customer‑focused service throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure all claim information is accurately documented before loss adjuster visits.
Required profile
- Previous FNOL or claims handling experience in insurance or loss adjusting is preferred.
- Team‑player with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proactive, able to work with initiative and meet client SLAs.
