About the role
Join the award‑winning team at Sonning Gardens Care Home in Reading as a Food and Beverage Assistant. You will play a key part in supporting the dining service and helping residents enjoy their meals each day.
Key responsibilities
- Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
- Help residents choose their meal options during dining.
- Set up dining tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑presented front‑of‑house area.
- Remove dirty crockery and replenish clean dishes throughout the day.
Required profile
- Warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
- Ability to work as part of a close‑knit team.
