Join the professional Food & Beverage team at Thornbury Castle, a beautifully restored Tudor castle offering 5‑star experiences. As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will deliver exceptional service to guests across breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Answer menu and drink queries, make recommendations and handle dietary/allergy requirements.
• Set up and maintain dining areas, process charges and payments.
• Follow Health, Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Handle guest queries and complaints calmly and professionally.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and food.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
• Ambitious, eager to learn and succeed.
