Food & Beverage Intern – Luxury Hotel

About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as an intern and gain hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel setting. You will rotate through restaurants, bars, room service and banquet operations, learning the standards of exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations across restaurants, lounges and bars.
- Assist with setup, service and breakdown of dining areas and events.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of service areas.
- Restock supplies, amenities and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to create seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
Required profile
- A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
