About the role

Join the Heythrop Park team, a 311‑bedroom hotel set in the Cotswolds, as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead the Bars and Brasserie teams, ensuring exceptional dining experiences while maintaining brand standards and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on‑shift leader across the Food & Beverage department.
• Monitor operational standards and efficiency, redeploying staff during busy periods.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary guest contact, handling queries, complaints, VIPs and special requests.
• Maintain visibility in public areas to support guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Take decisive action during emergencies or unexpected issues, ensuring guest safety.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 food safety certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
