About the role

Join the vibrant team at IBIS London City Shoreditch as a Food & Beverage Team Leader. You will be the face of our F&B operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
• Organise production, distribution and storage processes based on existing infrastructure.
• Supervise stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, identifying needs promptly.
• Apply brand reference standards and audit procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations and other departments.
• Deliver warm, friendly service that contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Well‑organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, Monday to Sunday.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with a valid work visa.
