Food & Beverage Team Member

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Novotel Manchester West as a Food & Beverage Team Member. You will serve food and drinks across breakfast, lunch, dinner, weddings and other functions, working flexible shifts that include weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and event spaces.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and service quality.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown of weddings, conferences and other functions.
• Handle cash and process payments where required.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 and the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and able to work well in a team.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
