Food & Beverage Team Member – London

About the role

Join a dynamic team at a newly refurbished 12‑storey hotel in London, delivering warm hospitality and memorable experiences to guests. As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will be the first point of contact, taking orders, preparing drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere across our restaurant and bar outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the F&B outlets and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, coffees and other beverages.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote hotel facilities.
• Handle customer payments accurately and process transactions.
• Keep the service area well‑stocked, clean and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Ensure ingredient labels are visible and follow sanitising procedures.
• Address guest concerns with a positive, problem‑solving approach.

Required profile

• Professional attitude, excellent grooming and a passion for service.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work flexible full‑time hours, including weekends.
• Positive, proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
