Food & Drinks Runner – Birmingham

About the role

Big Mamma is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Drinks Runner to join its vibrant Birmingham restaurant. You will support the floor team by delivering fast, friendly, and energetic service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Run food, drinks, wine, desserts and pasta directly to guests.
• Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor.
• Support colleagues during service with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, professional approach.

Required profile

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service.
• High energy, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Previous experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
