Food Production Operative

About the role

We are seeking three Food Production Operatives to join a well‑established food manufacturer near Bishop's Stortford. The role involves preparing and packing high‑end spice food products for distribution across the UK, working Monday‑Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and pack spice‑flavoured food items according to strict quality and hygiene standards.
• Operate production machinery safely, with training provided.
• Lift and palletise finished products for storage and dispatch.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly production team to meet daily output targets.

Required profile

• Own transport to reach the site.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
• Team‑first attitude and willingness to follow health and safety procedures.
• Previous factory or food‑production experience is a plus but not mandatory.
