Food Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a Food Technologist to join a multinational global dairy producer. You will support the Technical Account Manager in delivering technical solutions, ensuring food safety and quality, and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Technical Account Manager (TAM) to meet customer expectations and drive technical agendas.
• Provide technical support across functions to retain and grow business while safeguarding food safety and quality.
• Manage day‑to‑day technical accounts, including Own Label NPD from listing to launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Track, interpret and communicate customer technical requirements, ethical/CSR updates, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit required documentation (QAS, KPIs, CoC, CoA, certificates, allergen questionnaires, etc.).
• Organise and attend customer audits, visits and routine meetings, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with factories, co‑manufacturers and depots to meet customer needs.
• Review artworks and assets for legal compliance and specification alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in food technology within a dairy or related food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and customer‑focused technical support.
• Ability to manage multiple technical accounts and meet deadlines.
