Forklift Driver – Fixed‑Term 24‑Month Assignment

About the role

We are seeking a safety‑focused Forklift Driver to join our on‑site team in Peterlee. You will keep the warehouse moving efficiently while meeting daily targets and adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counter‑balance forklifts to load, unload and transport goods.
• Navigate tight aisles and maintain accurate stock placement.
• Follow daily pick‑and‑pack schedules and meet productivity targets.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of forklift (FLT) operating experience.
• Valid or out‑of‑date Counterbalance licence.
• Accredited certification such as RTITB or ITSAAR (in‑house certificates not accepted).
