Forklift Loader – Temp to Permanent

About the role

We are looking for experienced FLT drivers to join a warehouse team in Tilbury on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role focuses on loading, goods‑in processing, and preparing pallets for dispatch in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to load and unload goods.
• Manage goods‑in processes, including checking and recording deliveries.
• Band and wrap pallets to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• Valid, in‑date FLT licence.
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
