Forklift & Warehouse Operative – Chippenham/Calne

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift & Warehouse Operative to support daily operations across our Chippenham and Calne sites. You will work in a busy warehouse environment, handling stock safely and efficiently while contributing to a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Support warehouse processes within a fast‑paced environment.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move materials and stock around the warehouse and yard.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Use a jet wash to clean equipment and yard areas.
• Carry out general warehouse and yard duties.
• Perform stock checks and complete basic documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work across both the Calne and Chippenham sites when required.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance Licence.
• Confidence using tools and related equipment.
• Reliable, hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
• Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Access to own transport due to travel between sites.
