Forward Deployed Consultant (Private Equity)

About the role

Riplo is building an AI‑enabled operating layer for private‑equity diligence. As a Forward Deployed Consultant you will lead end‑to‑end engagements, translate AI feedback into product improvements, and help shape the future of AI‑native diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own live AI‑enabled diligence engagements (commercial, vendor, market analysis) from kickoff to delivery, producing client‑ready outputs.
• Close the product feedback loop by identifying AI errors and analyst interventions, turning them into structured product inputs.
• Build knowledge architecture by converting repeatable diligence patterns into autonomous platform building blocks.
• Contribute to growth by engaging with deal partners, supporting early sales conversations, and helping define GTM motion.
• Adapt to evolving priorities, participating in critical decisions and co‑owning outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience at MBB or equivalent, at Consultant to Senior Manager level, with meaningful PE diligence exposure.
• Experience in software/tech services or AI‑related PE work is a strong plus.
• Exceptional analytical ability and a genuine interest in AI (professional use, side projects, etc.).
• Motivated by a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities.
• Low‑ego, team‑oriented, eager to learn and improve the people around you.
