Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Product Onboarding

About the role

Adverity is launching Atlas, its newest AI product, and is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at the intersection of AI, marketing data engineering and enterprise consulting. As an FDE you are embedded with global advertisers, agencies and enterprise clients, leading technical discovery, designing custom onboarding architectures, building AI automations and turning 3-month product trial discoveries into long-term commercial adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an embedded domain expert during onboarding, partnering with sales, product, engineering and account management to accelerate customer value
• Learn each customer's architecture and use case, becoming their trusted partner across the full platform
• Serve as a day-to-day strategic partner, guiding customers on product functionality and working with product and engineering teams
• Deliver client-specific requirements, tailored demos and hands-on training so customers can query their marketing data confidently
• Take a consultative approach to drive adoption, retention and growth

Required profile

• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Management, Professional Services or Technical Implementation within a SaaS company or media agency
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical, technical or business discipline

Required skills

• Digital marketing: ad tech, attribution models, agency workflows or performance marketing data
• SaaS platforms, REST APIs, dataset mapping and data automation tools
• Advanced prompting and AI skills, with a track record of building workflows, summarising insights and coding automations

What we offer

• Base salary of £65,000 to £90,000 plus a performance bonus
