About the Role
Join the UK's largest independent fostering group and make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people. As a Fostering Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and well-being of foster families within our award-winning community.
Main Missions
- Provide direct support and guidance to foster families in their daily tasks and challenges.
- Engage directly with children and young people to promote their development and well-being.
- Organize and facilitate regular community events for foster families and children.
- Support young participants in achieving their goals, including the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
- Respond flexibly and promptly to the evolving needs of foster placements.
- Collaborate closely with Supervising Social Workers to ensure optimal outcomes for every child.
Profile Required
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach toward families and children.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the dynamic needs of the community.
- Must hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £27,612 - £31,000 per annum (pro-rata).
- £3,000 car allowance.
- 27 days of paid annual leave.
- Flexible working option: 4-day week (80% time for 100% salary) after 6 months probation.
