Founding Creative Director

About the role

Siena is launching several new products and needs a Founding Creative Director whose taste sets the benchmark for the whole company. You will personally ship the first year’s work, define narrative and design standards, and build a small internal agency of designers, motion artists and content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Own narrative and positioning for every launch, treating design as strategy.
• Create and approve all market‑facing assets: landing pages, launch videos, decks and social content.
• Develop and maintain the design system from version 3 onward.
• Set the creative bar – anything released under Siena’s name must be your work or signed off by you.

Required profile

• Exceptional taste with defended opinions about what makes good design.
• Proven track record of owning creative direction in agency or in‑house settings.
• Comfortable using AI as a creative tool and having built AI‑driven prototypes or mock‑ups.
• Strong narrative thinking and a clear point of view on brand positioning.
• Experience shipping multiple launches in fast‑moving, chaotic environments.

Required skills

• Motion or video production combined with visual design expertise.
• Founder‑facing creative leadership experience, preferably in a startup.
