Founding Engineer – £60k-70k + Equity

About the role

We are an early‑stage AI HealthTech startup looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core team in London. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders and early users to design, build, and ship AI‑powered products that solve real operational challenges in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders and users to understand needs and translate them into product features.
• Design, develop, and ship AI‑driven applications using Python, React and TypeScript.
• Own features from concept through production, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Influence technical decisions and help shape the product roadmap.
• Adapt quickly in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Passion for startups and a desire to build both product and company.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ambition to take ownership.
