Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are an AI‑focused startup on a mission to compress months of development work into days. As a founding Full Stack Engineer you will help shape the product from day one, working side‑by‑side with the founders to turn visionary ideas into a smart, AI‑driven system.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the platform.
• Build and integrate AI agents that power the core product.
• Collaborate closely with founders to capture domain expertise and translate it into code.
• Engage with early customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Set up development processes that incorporate LLMs as a first‑class tool.

Required profile

• Technology‑agnostic mindset; you choose the best tools for the problem, not the other way around.
• Passionate about using AI and LLMs throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter comfortable building a team and culture from scratch.
