About the role
Join a well‑funded AI voice‑agent startup as a Founding Software Engineer. You will be responsible for building and shipping core product features that shape the future of AI‑driven voice technology, working across the full stack in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and ship core AI voice‑agent features across front‑end and back‑end.
- Own the product lifecycle from gathering customer needs to delivering and iterating on solutions.
- Implement best practices in testing, documentation and reliability to raise product quality.
Required profile
- 5+ years of production experience with React, TypeScript and Python.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI‑focused products end‑to‑end.
- Customer‑obsessed, bias for action and an owner’s mindset for 0‑to‑1 building.
