FP&A Analyst

About the role

Join a world‑leading, multi‑regional company as an FP&A Analyst. You will help shape financial insight across Europe, Asia and the US by building and maintaining Power BI financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and continuously improve Power BI financial reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Global Process Owners, Business Intelligence and technical teams.
• Identify and drive data‑management and process‑governance improvements.
• Support the transition to a driver‑based forecasting approach.
• Maintain reporting structures, hierarchies and system configurations.
• Produce training material, technical documentation and video guides for new reports.
• Resolve complex reporting challenges using emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; MBA or ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams (or strong aspiration).
• Proven track record creating Power BI dashboards with solid data‑flow knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience with profit & loss, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow reporting, trend analysis and narrative insight.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement or improve financial systems and processes.
