About the role
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a rapidly growing business in Farnborough. The role is hybrid and will support strategic planning and budgeting across multiple business units in the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Produce profitability reports and insights
- Perform KPI and dashboard analysis
- Prepare sales commission reporting
- Generate monthly management reports with variance analysis
- Assist in creating a 5‑year rolling plan
- Report on key operational metrics
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives
Required profile
- Previous experience in FP&A or a strong background in management accounts with a focus on financial or data analysis
- Available on a short notice period
