FP&A Manager – 18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading international insurance business operating across EMEA. The role will be based in London and will focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis for a complex multi‑country operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial support and commercial insight.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and three‑year planning processes across business units.
• Prepare management reports, board packs and financial commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends and recommend actions to improve results.
• Challenge and support business units on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models to support acquisitions, investment decisions and growth projects.
• Drive improvements in management reporting, financial analysis and performance measurement.
• Support enhancement of finance systems, processes and controls across the region.
• Build strong relationships with finance and operational teams to support group objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant with post‑qualification experience in industry.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven cash‑flow management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Experience presenting financial performance to senior leaders.
• Insurance sector experience is advantageous.
