About the role

We are partnering with an established East Sussex business that is investing in growth and its people. As the FP&A Manager you will lead a small finance team and become the primary source of budgeting, forecasting and analytical insight for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

Manage a small FP&A team, delegating tasks and ensuring high‑quality output.
Own the full budgeting cycle, from data collection to board presentation.
Develop and maintain financial forecasts that support strategic planning.
Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Provide regular financial insight reports to the senior leadership team.
Collaborate with commercial functions to align financial plans with business objectives.

Required profile

Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Significant recent experience in FP&A and commercial finance.
Proven ability to lead a finance team and influence senior stakeholders.
