FP&A Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded FP&A Manager to support the next growth phase of our specialist mortgage lending business. This hybrid role (one day per week in London Canary Wharf) will focus on financial modelling, portfolio analytics, profitability analysis and strategic decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning with clear analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for growth, pricing, margin and funding scenarios.
• Provide performance reporting and management information for senior leaders.
• Partner with senior leaders across Secured Borrowing, lending, risk, treasury and commercial teams.
• Deliver insight on income, volumes, margin, growth and costs, and support risk‑adjusted forecasting.
• Maintain strong financial control, policy compliance and model integrity.
• Build relationships with key business and finance stakeholders and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Lead, coach and develop finance colleagues while supporting wider finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience within financial services.
• Knowledge of secured lending, pricing, margin and portfolio dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data‑driven insight.
• Strong commercial judgement and constructive challenge.
