FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will partner with operations, sales and external stakeholders to drive robust financial and commercial management of high‑value, long‑term projects. This permanent role is based in Leatherhead and reports directly to senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and continuously improve the budget and forecast model.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights, analyse variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models for investment appraisals, ROI analysis and support M&A or capital investment assessments.
• Enhance planning and reporting processes through automation, system improvements and advanced data tools.

Required profile

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to communicate insights to non‑financial stakeholders.
