FP&A Manager

About the role

The Finance Business is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for a growing manufacturing business in West Sussex. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller, you will drive strategic financial planning and support the board with insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the business in achieving long‑term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, continuously improving the planning process.
• Prepare the annual budget, a five‑year plan and conduct re‑forecasts throughout the year.
• Present financial insights and performance analysis to the board.
• Monitor cash‑flow risks and opportunities and analyse overall business performance.
• Lead and develop a team of three finance business partners.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with a commercial focus.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical accounting background and knowledge of IFRS standards, including revenue recognition.
