About the role

We are partnering with an established East Sussex business that is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to support its continued growth. This hybrid position will report directly to the Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for delivering financial insight that drives strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a small finance team.
Oversee all budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
Provide actionable financial insight to support strategic decisions.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data.

Required profile

Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Significant recent experience in FP&A and commercial finance.
Proven ability to manage a team and influence senior stakeholders.
