FP&A Reporting Analyst

About the role

Join a high‑growth, purpose‑led organisation as an FP&A Reporting Analyst. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will drive reporting transformation, enhance business intelligence and support strategic decision‑making while managing a Data Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop financial and operational reporting.
• Create insightful dashboards and management information using Power BI.
• Work with large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel modelling.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and automation.
• Collaborate with the Digitalisation Team on systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop a Data Analyst within the team.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data‑led analysis.
• Assist the Head of Finance with strategic reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or reporting‑focused finance roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and modelling capability.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Experience using SQL to interrogate and manipulate data.
• Confidence in stakeholder management and presenting business insight.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Previous management or mentoring experience is advantageous.
