Freelance B2B PR Consultant – Property & Build-to-Rent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance B2B PR consultant to support the public‑relations activities of our property‑focused brands, BoxNine7 and AGC BTR. The role is centred on the UK built‑environment sector, covering property, build‑to‑rent and commercial interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for both brands.
• Create press releases, commentary pieces and thought‑leadership content.
• Secure coverage in relevant trade, business and industry media.
• Identify proactive media opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support founder and leadership profiling initiatives.
• Advise on industry trends, news‑jacking and strategic communications.
• Provide monthly reports on activity, coverage and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B PR and communications within the UK property, real‑estate, build‑to‑rent or commercial interiors sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop thought‑leadership programmes and industry commentary.
• Existing relationships with trade and business media.
• Track record of securing coverage in industry publications.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex industry topics into compelling media narratives.
