Freelance Content Creator – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Content Creator to design, develop and deliver learning, enablement and communication materials for enterprise audiences. The role is fully remote (UK time‑zone preferred) and blends instructional design, storytelling and AI‑enhanced content production.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex products, services and processes into clear, audience‑focused content.
• Develop a range of deliverables such as slide decks, job aids, playbooks, e‑learning scripts, video storyboards and infographics.
• Apply adult‑learning principles to ensure materials are practical and actionable.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, iteration and quality‑checking while maintaining brand tone and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with designers and subject‑matter experts to produce visual and interactive learning assets.

Required profile

• Strong writer with a proven ability to simplify technical or complex topics.
• Tech‑savvy professional comfortable integrating AI tools into the content creation workflow.
• Experience in instructional design, learning enablement or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented and able to adhere to confidentiality and project guidelines.
