Freelance Paid Social & UGC Strategist – Hospitality (London Venues)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Paid Social & UGC Strategist to drive digital advertising for two high‑profile hospitality venues in London – Oriole in Covent Garden and Bamboo Bar. The role focuses on turning aesthetic engagement into direct "Book Now" conversions through paid social and influencer‑generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns targeting hyper‑local audiences.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer projects on the Bulba platform, from creator selection to content approval.
• Identify top‑performing organic UGC and repurpose it as Spark Ads on TikTok and Reels Ads on Meta.
• Monitor and optimise metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition and booking conversions, especially for low‑demand slots (Mon‑Wed, late‑night).
• Coordinate with creators to meet technical ad specifications and ensure proper tagging with hospitality booking pixels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hyper‑local targeting and direct‑response advertising.
• Deep familiarity with Gen Z culture and the nuances of London venue audiences.
• Proven track record of reducing CPA for hospitality venues in London.
• Experience working with influencer‑driven UGC campaigns in the hospitality sector.
