Freelance Personal Trainer

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to join a fast‑paced, inspiring environment. You will work directly with members, delivering bespoke fitness programmes, leading group classes and the exclusive MOVE onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised fitness and exercise programmes for members.
• Promote and sell your personal training services to build a client base.
• Facilitate the MOVE member onboarding program and lead group training sessions, events and workshops.
• Develop strong client relationships and convert group participants into personal training clients.
• Participate in monthly catch‑ups and mentorship sessions with the Fitness Manager.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner membership.
• Public Liability Insurance of £2 million or more.
• Self‑motivated freelance mindset with a passion for helping members achieve their goals.
