Freelance Senior Art Director – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

This is a freelance Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Director position with a global agency, based in Farringdon, London. The role runs from 22 July until September, with a strong likelihood of extension, and offers a hybrid work set‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative idea from concept through to final assets across digital, print, social, retail and experiential channels.
• Provide hands‑on art direction and ensure integrated, multi‑channel execution.
• Present concepts to senior clients and defend creative decisions.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, experience design, copywriting, production and client services teams.

Required profile

• Pure agency background with a portfolio of integrated brand campaigns that demonstrate strong visual storytelling.
• Experience delivering work across multiple channels; broadcast or OOH experience is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically about brand systems, experience design and digital craft.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Motion, 3D or AI‑assisted creative workflows are a bonus, not a requirement.

What we offer

• Day rate of £560, paid through an approved umbrella company (inside IR35).
• Hybrid work model – 3 days onsite in Farringdon, 2 days remote.
• Full‑time, 5‑day week contract with potential extension beyond September.
