Freelance Social Media Content Creator – Veterinary & Healthcare

About the role

Visual-Pixel Digital is seeking a freelance Social Media Content Creator to produce premium, authentic content for veterinary and healthcare practices. The role focuses initially on a high‑end veterinary clinic near London Bridge, with the possibility to expand to additional clinics based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design branded graphics and social assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn using Canva.
• Plan, capture, and produce short‑form video and photo content on‑site up to three times per month.
• Film high‑quality video with an HD smartphone setup and capture premium audio using external microphones.
• Edit reels, stories, and other social media pieces with CapCut or similar tools.
• Schedule and publish content independently while coordinating with clinic and agency teams.
• Maintain structured content calendars in Google Sheets and documentation in Google Docs.
• Support campaigns aimed at brand awareness, community engagement, education, case studies, thought leadership, and conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

Required profile

• Comfortable working around animals, especially cats, and interacting with veterinary staff.
• Creative mindset with a commercial awareness of how content drives enquiries and bookings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinic teams and the agency director.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple content days and deadlines.
