Freight Coordinator - International Logistics

About the role

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international shipments effectively to meet client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track ongoing operations to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
• Manage bookings, inquiries, and various financial aspects related to freight operations.
• Produce accurate operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar operational role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
