Freight Operations Coordinator

About the role

This position is for a Senior Freight Operations Coordinator who will join a specialist logistics provider serving the art and technology sectors. You will manage export‑focused air and courier shipments while delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipments via air, courier, road and sea, ensuring they meet time, budget, scope and quality constraints.
• Monitor orders using the company’s computer system and act as the first point of contact for partners and importers.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational processes within the Freight & Customs team.
• Work closely with Customer Care and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end service.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in air exports and courier freight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, fast‑learning, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Interest in customs procedures, with either experience or a willingness to learn.
• Strong academic background, analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers.
